The secluded location within the nature reserve of Hintersteiner See on the Wilder Kaiser promises ultimate peace and tranquility. Not at the expense of luxury, aesthetics, and modern amenities.
Perched at approximately 1,000 meters (3,100 feet) above sea level, our chalet spans a 2,700m² property (about 30,000 ft²) with an indoor area of 400m² (4,300 ft²). We strive to offer an escape from the chaotic world, combining tranquility with state-of-the-art amenities like a hot tub, sauna, gym, and entertainment options. Simultaneously, the abundance of toys transforms it into a vibrant playroom, ensuring joy and activity for all ages.

Private and secluded to completely relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
The house is clean in all corners, super cozy and lovingly furnished. Top equipped with everything your heart desires - from fondue pot, all spices for cooking, beautiful dishes, canvas for cinema evenings, a large selection of games, bathrobes for a dip in the sauna or jacuzzi, a huge fridge, candles and two fireplaces, two peloton bikes - just great. Also our dog was welcome and got blankets and a Napf.

Philipp really thought of everything here. In the chalet we were also able to enjoy the cold days by the fireplace while it snowed outside.
The sauna and hot tub were a super pleasant pastime.

We had a dream winter weekend at Philipp's chalet. In the area, everything was deep snowy, the lake was frozen in places - and chubby warm and cozy inside. And a crackling fireplace, the wood is ready for guests. Wonderful.
Overall: everything is very spacious, tip-top and clean. The amenities are exceptional and leave nothing to be desired. The furnishings are tastefully and wonderfully matched. We were very comfortable from the first moment.
Philipp is a reliable and caring host. You feel very safe in the house.

Those were wonderful days in a magically beautiful chalet! In the beginning sun and everything is still green outside and then we were deep snowed in over two days. All the more we enjoyed the cozy living room and the tile oven. This place and this chalet really leave nothing to be desired! The sauna and the alfresco hot tub are absolute highlights. The whole house is well equipped, clean and maintained. The huge living room on the upper floor with the glass front and lots of light during the day and with a cozy fireplace when it is dark outside - wow!! We were absolutely delighted and experienced the days intensively and enjoyed it. Thank you so much! We will be back for sure..

“I’m Philipp, your host, and I’d like to invite you to spend a few days at ChaletWK with Victoria, our dedicated property manager, who ensures everything runs smoothly on-site. After living with my family in Munich for many years, we built our dream house in 2015, tucked away by the breathtaking Hintersteiner See. It became our personal retreat, where we could escape and enjoy the beauty of nature.
In 2022, we relocated to California, and though we no longer use the chalet as often, we wanted to share this special place with others. That’s when we decided to open it up for guests, offering them the chance to experience the same peace, luxury, and connection with nature that we’ve enjoyed for years.
While I handle all bookings and inquiries from California, Victoria, our property manager, will be your on-the-ground contact during your stay.
